Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes. However combined shipping is not always pratical due to the nature of items we sell. Example: We would Not find it practical to ship heavy items with delicate breakables. Items to be combined must be paid for in the same transaction. Email us at [email protected] for shipping adjustment BEFORE purchase.

How are your shipping and handling costs calculated?
Our shipping cost are based on estimated packed weight of item. Point of information: As per USPS shipping costs, If a package shipping weight is 1# it ships at 1#, If a package shipping weight is 1 pound 1 ounce, it ships at 2#.

All our items ship from Washington State.

How long after purchase before you ship my order?
Generally we ship on Tuesday and Friday. If you need your order faster, email us, ([email protected]). We will respond and do our best to accommodate you. We will always send notification with shipping confirmation/tracking information so you know when to expect arrival of your order. We welcome your feedback.

Is there ever a circumstance in which you accept returns
Rarely, as we do have a No Return Policy. However if there is a problem with your order please contact us, ([email protected]). In the event we make an exception, (at our discretion), we will direct you as to how to proceed in order to expedite your return. Also please know you must pay the return postage and provide us with tracking as proof of shipping. If we issue a refund and we paid the initial shipping cost, these cost will be deducted from any refund issue. We will in no wise issue a refund until we have received the product and found it to be in original condition. There may also be a restocking fee of 15%.
